Valley Abstract & Title Company, Inc. was founded in 1987 and has operated
continuously in the Espanola Valley of Rio Arriba County as an abstract, title,
and escrow company ever since.
Our staff is familiar with local regulations and procedures, to assist you with
smooth closings on your real estate transactions- whether purchase, sale, or
refinance. We maintain a title plant and records for Rio Arriba, and are authorized
to issue title insurance for any transaction in the county. Valley Abstract
offers daily recordings in the county seat of Tierra Amarilla.
